  1. All gift certificates are sold as is, where is, with no refunds after purchase.
  2. The discount is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Sale ends when all inventory is depleted.
  3. All gift certificates sold here expire on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 12:00 PM, the closing time of Saturday clinic operation. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  4. Beginning January 1, 2024, all 15-minute chair massage certificates purchased either through our Black Friday sale, online store, or at the clinic throughout 2023 will revert to a 15-minute treatment session instead. The chair massage program will only be available through Unleashed Relief’s outreach program after this date.
  5. There are limited number of old Gift Certificates. Please check .
